What we collect from you

  • Basic info: Your name, passport number, email, phone — the stuff we need to book travel and appointments.
  • Medical info: Past conditions, lab reports, allergies, medications — so your Chinese doctors actually know your history.
  • Travel info: Flight numbers, hotel bookings, visa status — so we can coordinate pickup and schedule.
  • Tech data: Cookies and IP address, just to make our website work. That's it.

What we use it for

  • Matching you with the right hospital and specialist
  • Arranging translation, transport, and accommodation
  • Following up after your surgery to make sure you're healing
  • Sending your medical records home with you
  • We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
  • We never share your medical records with your insurance company — not without your signed, written permission.
  • We never use your health info to target you with ads.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

You're probably asking. We're not a U.S. hospital, so HIPAA doesn't technically apply to us. But here's the thing: we follow HIPAA-grade encryption and access controls. Your records live on encrypted servers. Only your dedicated care coordinator and your treating physician can open them. Our entire staff signs confidentiality agreements.

Cross-border note: Your data is stored on servers in China because that's where your doctors are. We do not disclose patient medical information to any government authority without your written, signed authorization. You have the right to ask us to explain exactly how we handle your data — before you ever book anything.
