Private dental operatory with treatment chair and daylight

Most dental anxiety comes from not knowing what's happening. So we document everything.

X-rays, photos, treatment options and costs — all written down and explained in English before you decide. You'll know what we're doing and why.

What we check

Tooth anatomy and imaging — the foundation of any plan.

Dentist reviewing a panoramic dental X-ray on the clinic monitor

A treatment plan starts with what's actually there. We review tooth anatomy — enamel, dentin, pulp — and use imaging to see what the eye can't: roots, bone levels, hidden decay and impacted teeth.

OPG (panoramic) shows the full arch. CBCT adds a 3D view of bone for implants and surgical planning. Intra-oral cameras let you see what we see, live.

Nothing is treated based on assumption. Imaging first, always.

Imaging

Four modalities, used only as needed.

🦷

OPG

Full-arch panoramic — the whole picture in one image.

🧊

CBCT

3D bone scan for implants and surgical planning.

🔎

Intra-oral

Tooth-by-tooth imaging — small, targeted, low dose.

📸

Intra-oral cam

Live view so you see what we see, in real time.

Options

Four categories — your plan picks what fits.

Card payment for the itemised treatment estimate

Preventive: check-ups, cleaning and sealants. The cheapest dentistry is the kind you never need.
Restorative: fillings, crowns and bridges — fixing what's already compromised.
Replacement: implants and dentures when a tooth can't be saved.
Alignment: clear aligners or orthodontics, assessed by age and bone.

Your plan may combine one or more categories. We'll lay it out in order of priority, so you can phase it — or fund it — the way that works for you.

The room

One operatory, one patient, sterilized throughout.

  • Sterilization between patients. Instruments autoclaved, surfaces disinfected, barriers changed.
  • Digital workflow. X-rays, scans and photos stored in your record — portable if you move on.
  • English throughout. Consultation, consent and aftercare, all in English.
  • Phased treatment. Urgent work first, elective work after. You set the pace.
  • Written estimate. Costs itemized before we start. No surprise add-ons.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept my U.S. dental insurance?

We work with most major U.S. insurance plans on an out-of-network basis. For specific coverage details and claim paperwork, please email us — we'll check your plan and explain what's reimbursable before you commit.

How long can I stay after an implant procedure?

Implant placement itself is usually done in one day, but the crown is placed after 3–6 months of healing. Many guests split this into two trips; we coordinate both and share the protocol with your U.S. dentist for the interim.

Is bone grafting always needed for implants?

No. It depends on your existing bone volume, measured by CBCT scan. Some people have enough bone for direct placement. We only recommend grafting when the scan shows it's necessary — never as a default.
