Bespoke Medical · Multi-Specialty Screening

When something needs more than one specialist, we coordinate.

Cardiovascular, endocrine, gastro, respiratory, neurology, oncology, musculoskeletal and general medicine — screened, assessed and coordinated. We don't replace your home physician.

Calm clinic lounge where coordination meetings take place

The hard part isn't the test. It's getting the right specialist, at the right time, in a language you understand.

That's what we coordinate. You keep your home doctor informed — we share reports both ways, with your consent.

Flagship focus

Cardiovascular care — our single largest focus, about 30% of comprehensive casework.

From risk screening (BP, ECG, echo, coronary CTA) to intervention and surgery, cardiovascular cases form the largest share of what we coordinate — and it is where China's high-volume centers are strongest.

High-volume centersMajor teaching hospitals run very large cardiology and cardiac-surgery programs, so physician experience is dense.
Full technique rangeStenting (PCI), bypass (CABG), valve procedures and ablation are all routine, mature practice.
Fast schedulingCTA, angiography and surgery are typically scheduled in days to weeks, not months.
Lower total costComparable work usually costs far less than U.S. self-pay pricing, quoted in writing up front.

Volumes and pricing vary by hospital and by case — we confirm both in writing before you commit to anything.

Focus areas

Beyond cardiovascular: seven more specialties, one coordination team.

Operating suite in a partner hospital

Beyond the cardiovascular program above, we screen for and coordinate care across seven further areas: endocrine (diabetes and thyroid), gastro (endoscopy and liver), respiratory (lung function), neurology (headache and stroke risk), oncology screening pathways, musculoskeletal (joint and spine), and general-medicine second opinions.

Important: we are a coordination and screening service. We do not replace your home physician, and we do not treat emergencies. If something is acute, go to your local emergency department.

Care pathway

Six steps from screening to follow-up.

Blood sample tubes ready for the screening panels

Screening first — tests and imaging appropriate to your symptoms. Assessment by a relevant specialist. Diagnosis explained clearly, in English. Plan with treatment options laid out. Coordination with the hospital or department. Follow-up, remote or in-person, arranged in advance.

At every step, you keep your home doctor informed. We share reports with your consent — and ask them to share back. Two-way communication makes the plan safer.

Your report

A written report, yours to keep.

Doctor writing the written report that the patient keeps

Every assessment ends with a written report in plain English: findings, recommended next steps, any specialist referrals, and questions worth raising with your home doctor.

It's yours to keep and yours to share. We store a copy securely and can re-issue it if needed.

This is not a diagnosis. It's a structured summary to take to someone qualified — ideally the doctor who already knows your history.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my screening?

We recommend 2–3 weeks for standard screening panels. Complex multi-specialty cases may need 4–6 weeks to coordinate the right physicians. Tell us your travel dates and we'll build the schedule around them.

What happens if something abnormal is found during screening?

We explain the finding clearly in writing, in English, and discuss options with you. If it needs urgent attention, we connect you with the appropriate specialist immediately. If it's not urgent, we help you plan next steps — including whether to address it at home with your own doctor.

Can I resume travel immediately after the procedure?

It depends on the procedure. Minor screening (blood panels, ultrasound) has no travel restriction. Anything involving sedation, biopsy, or surgery requires a clearance check before flying. We schedule your departure around medical safety, never the other way around.
